Welcome to Pullup. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Pullup mobile application, website at pullup.ae, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Pullup ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service

Pullup is a discovery and convenience tool that helps you find curated cafes and restaurants and place orders by initiating a phone call directly to the venue. Pullup is not a delivery service, payment processor, or marketplace. We do not prepare food, take orders on behalf of venues, process payments, or guarantee availability, pricing, or quality.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Pullup. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. Your Account and Device

You are responsible for the device you use to access the Service and for all activity that occurs through your use of the app. Keep your device secure and your operating system up to date.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Do not attempt to interfere with, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Service.
• Do not use the Service to harass, harm, or abuse venues, staff, or other users.
• Do not place fraudulent, prank, or knowingly false orders.

5. Orders, Payments and Pickups

All orders are placed directly with the venue by phone. Pullup does not handle payments, refunds, order accuracy, allergens, dietary information, food safety, or pickup logistics. Any agreement formed when you place an order is between you and the venue. Disputes regarding orders, refunds, or product quality must be resolved directly with the venue.

6. Third-Party Content

Information about venues — including names, locations, hours, menus, phone numbers, and links to Instagram or websites — may be provided by the venues themselves or sourced from public information. We work to keep this accurate but do not warrant that it is complete, current, or error-free.

7. Intellectual Property

The Pullup name, logo, app, website, and all related content are owned by Pullup and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pullup shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service or any interaction with a venue.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the app.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
